Recipe Friday!

With all the talk of spring this week, I'm turning to a recipe some of our camping buddies shared with us (Thanks, The Wunders!)

So, while winter leaves us pining for the warmth of spring, here's "Anytime S'Mores"

Anytime S'Mores
Large Marshmallows
Chocolate chips (or melt-a-ways, or almond bark)
Graham Crackers, crushed

Melt your chocolate in a shallow bowl/pan (the Chinese take out plastic rectangular things work great for this).  Roll the sides of a marshmallow in the chocolate, then roll through the crushed graham crackers.  Place on wax paper or a silcone sheet until chocolate is firm.  Repeat until you have enough or run out of ingredients!

  1. These are going to be a winner on our vacation in Northern Wisconsin. . . my stomach is growling just thinking about them!

  2. They're quick and easy. And if you don't want to have to lick all the chocolately goodness from your fingers, you can stab the marshmallows with toothpicks and use those for rolling and serving!

Thanks for dropping by. I love reading comments and will respond by e-mail as soon as possible.
