With all the talk of spring this week, I'm turning to a recipe some of our camping buddies shared with us (Thanks, The Wunders!)
So, while winter leaves us pining for the warmth of spring, here's "Anytime S'Mores"
Chocolate chips (or melt-a-ways, or almond bark)
Graham Crackers, crushed
Melt your chocolate in a shallow bowl/pan (the Chinese take out plastic rectangular things work great for this). Roll the sides of a marshmallow in the chocolate, then roll through the crushed graham crackers. Place on wax paper or a silcone sheet until chocolate is firm. Repeat until you have enough or run out of ingredients!
